4.3 to 4.4 upgrade
September 05, 2014, 06:37:23 am
I got this on an upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4

Code: [Select]
PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function smarty_block_crmScope() in [..]/files/civicrm/templates_c/en_US/%%06/06C/06C5296F%%jquery.files.tpl.php on line 5
In my Drupal log, i noticed some earlier warnings about failing to load a file from the 4.3 codebase.

I likely could have avoided the issue by clearing my smarty cache before the upgrade, but since I've had similar errors before, I wonder if there's a way of forcing all smarty code to be recompiled during the upgrade process, or otherwise clearing it automatically at the beginning?
