Creating a Civi contact for each Drupal user

Please tell me is it possible to create a Civi contact for each Drupal user upon install, without resorting to custom code?

if you are adding civi to an existing drupal site - and want to create a contact for each already existing drupal user - go to civicrm/admin/synchUser?reset=1
