Warning notice on upgrade to beta9

Just updating my test site to beta9. On the upgrade screen I get this warning:

Warning: require_once(CRM/Core/ManagedEntities.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in CRM_Core_ClassLoader::loadClass() (line 166 of /Users/graham/Documents/work/civi45beta2/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/ClassLoader.php).
The upgrade from beta8 seemed to go fine however.
