  • PHP version: 5.3.26
Contact images not appearing in 4.4.6 Joomla

I am getting an error with images in 4.4.6
[function.getimagesize]
 failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

I have followed the instruction here https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/commit/a737f88077441c82b8abed0b926aac5ed151c1e0
but am still having the same issue.
