4.5.9 Drupal User Edit Profile not working

I have a profile that is set for Drupal User Edit. The profile displays the data in view mode but if I click edit the profile is blank. If I fill out the profile and submit it then it updates my contact record.

None of the profiles I have are auto-filling with the logged in users info.

Did this work with same Drupal set up before? I know some Drupal themes can mess things up such as losing access to the profiles and links to Contact Dashboard. Doesn't sound like it is the case but thought we should rule Drupal out as the issue first.
