Can I use the field pcp_personal_note?
September 17, 2014, 02:29:48 am
We use contributions to generate invoices for events.

For each company we have 1 contribution, and each participant from that company is added as a soft contribution.
So we can generate an invoice with invoice lines (= names of the participants + soft contrib. amounts).

Sometimes we have to add extra information besides the particiant name. I thought to do this by storing the information in the field pcp_personal_note of the table civicrm_contribution_soft.

Can I safely do this? Does it have any implications?

Thanks.

Kind regards,
Alain
