DB error on participant listing
September 18, 2014, 09:06:50 am
Drupal 6 / Civi 4.4.6

I am pulling participant reports using the Fancy Searches extension. My event has multiple sub events.

I can pull Participant Detail (one row per participant) reports individually, or for up to three events simultaneously, but as soon as I add a 4th event I get the error "Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
DB Error: a515ac9c2796ca0e23adbe92c68fc9fc   Return to home page.  "

However it works fine if I pull reports for all 4 events using either the SUMMARIZED report or the Participant Detail (one row per line item) report.

Can anyone give me guidance to find the problem?

Re: DB error on participant listing (MariaDB Too many tables)
September 29, 2014, 05:57:35 am
I'm learning as I go :-)

The query is generating the following error:

Database Error Code: Too many tables; MariaDB can only use 61 tables in a join, 1116

Any pointers as to how I could fix this?

many thanks
Davy
