Hi,

New to the forum and new to CiviCRM. Love the CRM system but have a question regarding the automatic 'Email On Hold#' feature.

We've just performed a bulk mail out and a number of contacts that we mailed now have the 'Email on hold' note next to their email addresses. I understand this could be due to bounces but no bounces are showing on the mailing report? Am I missing something here? Apologies if this has already been addressed within this forum.

I have an additional question... Following a bulk email we had a couple of contacts respond directly to the bulk mail email, but we haven't received their replies. We've checked all the usual places (spam folders, MxSweep, etc.). Again, am I missing something here?
