Import Contact Issue in civi

When we are trying to import the contact in CiviCRM getting error.

Hi there,

The message says that the file permissions on that folder on your server are incorrect.  Of course, that might mean the folder OWNER is incorrect - it's worth checking both.

Whoever installed CiviCRM for you should be able to fix that with a minute's work!  Unfortunately, because this is an issue with your hosting environment, I can't provide step-by-step instructions - it depends on your webhost.
