I have the same problem since upgrading to 4.5.0 on a Wordpress install.

The template load normally for email but not for PDF generation.

This bug will be fixed in version 4.5.1.

That's great news......
Any idea when we can expect 4.5.1 ? I've look for this info this morning and was unable to find it.
