FIXED: CiviCRM dialog windows are partially hidden

The title bar of most CiviCRM pop-up dialog windows are hidden by the Drupal7 shortcut bar.  If I hide the D7 shortcut bar, then there is no issue. Unfortunately most of my end-users wouldn't know how to hide the shortcut bar and would get frustrated with the new version. ANy ideas on this? Screen print is attached.
