Upgrade from 4.4.6 to 4.5.0 - data screens overflow container

Attached is an example of how some data screens (the relationship screen in this case) appear to overflow their parent containers. This has started to happen since upgrading to 4.5.0 today. Is this expected behaviour, or can I fix it somehow?

I'm attaching another example of how the search results page also overflows in the same way.

Are you sure this is a regression from 4.4? I don't think we've changed those tables recently.

Well - I guess maybe it isn't. Is this expected behaviour, then, or something I can fix myself?

Same problem same versions on upgrade.

Can anyone provide screenshots comparing 4.4 with 4.5? I'm still not certain this is a regression.

I can't, I'm afraid. I've worked around it by moving my Drupal theme from Bartik (fixed width) to Antonelli (fluid width) which has stopped it from being a problem.
