I've just got a fresh install of v4.5.  I have configured dates along the UK style of dd/mm/yyyy both for entry and display.  Everything seemed fine until a user dashboard is called in which the date is showing up as mm/dd/yyyy.  All date displays elsewhere seem correct.  Any ideas where I may be configuring wrongly or is this a known error.  I am not using the localisation add-on.

Are you able to repeat this on the sandbox (e.g. http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/)

If so, I would include detailed steps to reproduce (with urls etc.) and file as a bug report.
