Print PDF Letter templates not visible

Fresh install Dupral 7.31 and CiviCRM 4.5.0

"Print PDF Letter" message templates are not visible in the editor and do not print.
Any new text or tokens in the editor will print - without template.

"Send and Email" the same message templates work properly.

Sandbox is on 4.5.1 and working properly.

Did someone catch this?

As I posted in your other thread, there is a fix in 4.5.1 addressing issues with these templates.  Hence the reason they work on the Sandbox, when 4.5.1 is released you will need to upgrade and then it will work for you too.
