Is it possible to let users manage their own profile information. In other words, I setup a page to let individual register with us. Can they then later log-in and edit their own information?

Yes, as long as a user is signed in to your site.  You just need to set up a profile form and provide a link to it (or link to the same profile you included in the sign up form).  I think you can also do it through email links that include their key's if you don't want to provide user accounts for everyone, but those links are only good for a specific amount of time after they are sent.

When you create the profile if you check the option Drupal User/Edit then when they click on My Acount when logged in they will be given the option to edit their info.

OK, I've been looking at using Wordpress, but think using Drupal may work better. I'm still in the testing stage

Thanks
