CiviCRM FAQs?
October 08, 2014, 11:04:39 am
The documentation of CiviCRM is very complete and the Wiki is also well documented, however, locating specific help and how to instructions is very difficult and time consuming.

Is there a source of CiviCRM Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) which can provide faster "how-to" for routinely asked question?

Would anyone else be interested in creating CiviCRM FAQs?

Thanks.

The problem is that

routinely asked questions
are different for everyone, and the list gets very long very quickly.

Having said that, a few people are experimenting with http://area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/77367/civicrm, which might go pretty far, if not all the way, towards what you are looking for - want to join in?

That is a great resource that I will add to my bookmarks and visit regularly.  It looks like that will accomplish what I had in mind with FAQs for CiviCRM.

Thank you for the link.
