White Screen when installing Mailchimp Extension

Hi,

Am trying to install the Mailchimp extension 1.2 and just get the white screen of death when I click install.
Anyone had a similar issue?

might be easier to ask for help for this extension on their github page. seems like thats where most of the development/discussion is taking place

however, white screen of death means some server / php / apache fatal issue, so u might want to first sort that out
