4.5.1 upgrade issue - fatal error - Quickform
October 09, 2014, 05:53:13 pm
My upgrade from 4.5 to 4.5.1 reported as succcessful. The Civi dashboard opens fine but the following error appears in multiple places when trying to use Civi. I tried reinstalling to no avail.

Fatal error: Class 'HTML_QuickForm_text' not found in /home/purcosa/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/HTML/QuickForm.php on line 603

try restarting your apache/php server. most likely this is a php opcode caching issue

Thanks Lobo - will try that (I rolled back to 4.5 successfully and will run the upgrade again later.)

Re-upgraded and process went fine this time.
But experiencing other problems reminiscent of 4.5
 - quicksearch twirling endlessly
 - concertinas not opening
 - current employer filed has no dropdown, and shows numbers not names.

Hi Danc - unfortunately I've rolled back to 4.5.
I am in the lead up to a major event so I'll wait for a less pressured time to try again.

Thanks for offering to help.
