New setup and I'm getting this message - don't have shell access so can't run the perl script.
I have another site on the same host working ok with same settings

What else can I do?
cheers
Lesley

Please email us your account username as well as what type and version of CMS you use and what version of CiviCRM you are running to support@civismtp.com and we'll look into it.

Kind regards,
