Membership reminders being sent for a Complimentary membership

This is for Drupal 6.  Its been updated to Civi 4.5.0.

This admin user has started receiving membership expiring and membership renewal reminders and their membership is Complimentary, the date it expires is 8/3/2015.  The scheduled reminders do not have Complimentary memberships selected.  I can't find a reason for these emails being triggered.  If someone could point me in the right direction, I sure would appreciate it!

The reminders started right after updating from 4.4.6 to 4.5.0.  Also the Scheduled reminders sender job is enabled along with Membership status processor job.

I don't think this would be related to the regression - but this fix should fix it

currently slated for 4.5.2 & probably 4.4.8
