CiviDiscount 2.6 with Joomla 3.3.6 and Civi 4.4.8 -- Discount Field not showing

Installed Cividiscount
Selected priceset and events
made it active

The message for those who do not qualify for the discount shows up on the event registration page - but no area to enter the discount code.

The event is public -

Any thoughts?
