Could you give a little more detail about what you are trying to change? 
CrusonWeb - Web Development, Implementation, and Support.  Specializing in CiviCRM and Joomla (although also knowledgable in Wordpress and Drupal as well).

The way that your question is phrased allows for several interpretations.

Do you wish to change the position of the CiviCRM menu item in the left hand dashboard menu?

Do you wish to change the home page template used by CiviCRM to display content?

If you could be more specific about what you are trying to accomplish it would make it easier to answer your question.

thanks for the response Dan C and Xenaco ,

so , i mean is :  when i have installed a civirm in my drupal site, i click the civicrm link then in dasboard i see text :  CiviCRM HOME , and i want to change the text ?

As long as the text doesn't appear elsewhere in Civi you can change "CiviCRM Home" via word replacements - ie.

http://d45.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/options/wordreplacements?reset=1
