Event registration confirmation email

When a confirmation email is sent from a backend event registration it includes all the custom fields relating to the participant. I would like to modify this so that it only has the details of the event time, location . Can I modify the email template and where would I find it?

In attached file I would not want items below ical to show

You will need to modify Events - Registration Confirmation and Receipt (off-line) at Mailings > Message templates  > System Workflow Messages.
 
If you have more than one event running and need different receipts for the different events you can use the event_id for conditional statements.  The templates use Smarty.

Also, could you update your profile to show the version of CiviCRM you are running?  The latest stable version is 4.5, so 7.4 makes no sense.
