Hello,

Still feeling my way through this system.

I searched for this, but may not have been using the proper query. Is it possible to set up follow-up messages based on a recipient's status (having not opened, opened, or opened and clicked)? For example, I would like to be able to schedule follow up messages to go out to any users who did not open a mailing, and a different message to folks who opened and clicked the links in the message.

Has anybody done anything like this?

There is nothing out of the box and I don't recall much discussion around this so would be surprised (pleasantly) if the feature has been developed by someone in the community. Probably best to review all the Extensions in case someone has done something though.

Otherwise I have little suggest other than saying that the manual approach would be something like

- make a Smart Group based on 'people who clicked through'
- send email to above
- send another email to the original recipients minus the recipients of the above (in step 1 of civimail)
