i'm very newibe   :-\

how can i to replace symbol  civicrm at navigation menu be "HOME" Text ( near from search menu )

There is no easy way to change this.
Since you are new I suggest you spend more time learning how to use all of CiviCRM's great features and don't get stuck on small details.
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.

You would need to write a little css or js to change that.
Since you are new I suggest you spend more time learning how to use all of CiviCRM's great features and don't get stuck on small details.
