Mixed profile error breaks contrib page after upgrade from to 4.5.2

Profile/contributions worked fine before upgrade to latest release.  Now we get an error:
"Mixed profile not allowed for on behalf of registration/sign up." when filling out form.

This is pretty serious as some people may not test all contrib pages after upgrade.

If I remove the allow donation on behalf of, it will work.
