I've recently helped a group update from 3.4.x to 4.5.x and most things are working just fine. One issue we've found is that for some of the event/registration pages, the page title up in the tab (the actual HTML <title> tag) is displaying the event title from a different, seemingly random, event. The <h1> title on the page is showing up correctly.

Where can I dig deeper to see what could be wrong here?

bgm on IRC alerted me to this:
https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-15140

Seems to be a conflict with Drupal metatag (although this fix doesn't seem to have solved it completely).
