Import relationship changes contact type!
October 27, 2014, 07:09:56 pm
Hi,

I'm trying to import a user-defined relationship which specifies the Primary Donor of a contact where both contacts A and B can be any contact type (Primary Donor is/Primary Donor of).  I'm importing both A and B as Internal IDs and selected to "Update" using a dedupe rule matching on Internal ID.  When importing Individual A with "Primary Donor is" Household B, contact B becomes an Individual with empty name fields and shows up in searches with B's email address!

Thanks for any input/help!
Karen
