Hi,  I installed civicrm 2.0.3on Joomla! 1.0.15, and it it works one time before giving a blank screen.  for example, the first time i visit the civicrm home page in components, it works, but then the second time it doesn't  I added a vhost.conf file to the conf directory per suggestions on the civicrm install page.  I also added the memory limits to an htaccess file.  any ideas?  I search the forum for suggestions but the don't seem to offer anything different.

Fixed it, restarting apache seemed to help.  there is also very little info online about using vhost.conf.  this was definitely an open_basedir issue.
