Profile doesn't save current employer in personal profile

I use a profile to edit the personal information (only to registered), this is open with a menu.

The profile stores information for all fields except the current employer

I made a test with all users categories (registration and superusers) but never save the information of this field.

Any idea about this problem..?

I believe that's a known bug which will be fixed in tomorrow's 4.5.3 release.
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.

You have the reason today I update my civic and solved this bug.
