Unable to access Administer CiviCRM screen after upgrade to 2.0
May 25, 2008, 11:03:43 am
As I detailed in a previous thread, I finally worked out my problems with the civimember_roles module and was able to upgrade from 1.9 to 2.0 (I had to disable civimember_roles before the upgrade, and then then update to the 5.x-2.x-dev version just for CiviCRM 2.0).  However, now that I've done all that, I'm unable to access the Admin CiviCRM screen.  I can access just about every other screen except that one.  It just times out, and gives me a white screen with "Done" in the status bar.  I've followed all the steps, including clearing out the Drupal sessions and cache tables.  Can anyone explain how to fix this one?

Thanks.

It sounds like a fatal error......Did you check your apache logs after trying to load that page?
