Email non delivery claims
November 12, 2014, 06:08:36 am
We use CiviMail extensively to notify suppliers of requests for quotes and tenders. Often we have recipients claim to have not received the emails.
The mailing reports reflect that the emails are delivered, we know that at least some of the emails are delivered and acted on, so I THINK this is probably a case of emails going into spam folders or just being missed.

But before I discount the claims I just wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this situation and if there are any things I should be checking.

Thanks
Davy
