So I'm having this problem: we use Authorize for payment processing. Until apparently about two months ago, processing from Civi to Authorize and back mostly worked OK. Since then, Authorize has been processing correctly - I've logged in and checked that transactions are settling - but some contributions - mostly monthly sustainers - fail to update back into the Civi Contributions table, so membership status based on those member dues contributions fails to show correctly.


Per Eileen, I've exported and parsed the received data from Authorize in our civi_notifications table, re-run the notifications using the command "drush cvapi notification_log.retry id=" where ID is the civi notification log ID, and that has worked. I'm having to go into the contributions table and correct the contribution date manually as well, since the date shown is when I re-run the notification.


Is anyone else experiencing this problem, and if so found a fix?
