Cant Save CiviCase Settings Screen

I am at mydomain.com/civicrm/a/#/caseType/1 and when I hit save nothing happens. Other parts of the site can save just fine.  I can save in other admin areas of the site. 

The only change I am trying to make at this point is to the description.

Can you check your browser's console for any error messages while you do this?

Were you able to reproduce the problem on our demo site? Or is it limited to your own?

I can save just fine in the demo site. 

I see this in the console.

GET https://crm.mysite.org/sites/default/files/js/angular-route.min.js.map 404 (Not Found)

Interesting... I remember getting that error just after upgrading from 4.5.2 to 4.5.3, but I don't seem to get it anymore. Can you try clearing your caches?

I cleared the caches at /admin/setting/updateConfigBackend?reset=1 and I am still getting the same error.

Having somewhat similar issues with CiviCase settings screen and save.

Make changes hit save.

Get this is the window:

Sorry an error occurred and your information was not saved

No errors in console though.

Refresh and it appears to have saved.

My error was due to the Case Coordinator role in the case type.
Once I deleted that role, case saved as expected.
