Drupal Commerce/ CiviCRM Integration
November 17, 2014, 11:12:37 pm
Hi

We are using commerce civicrm plugin to integrate Drupal commerce with CiviCRM.
We are on Drupal 7 and Civi 4.4.3.

When we complete a purchase through Drupal commerce, the record apears under the Purchases tab for the contact however, multiple addresses are being created for the contact.

Almost 40 duplicate addresses were created at one time.

Has anyone come accross this issue?

This is the plugin https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce_civicrm

But its weird because we are running the same plugin for anther client and not getting the issue.
Only difference is they are using Civi version 4.4.8

That suggests a bug was fixed between 4.4.3 and 4.4.8.

First thing to try is an upgrade to 4.4.8 (or 4.4.9 as 4.4 is the new LTS version)

Also, if your sites are on different versions of CiviCRM are they also using different versions of the plugin? That could be another source of the error.

It actually seems to be happening for Civi version 4.4.8 as well.

It is creating multiple billing addresses and the system is not checking for duplicates.
Anyone come accross this before?
