TimeZone Issues With Drupal

Hi there, I am trying to correct civicrm to use my time zone which is London. My civicrm is hosted on a shard server my hosting provider is tmdhosting.com. I have Used Php.ini file to set my time zone this has worked but only change the timezone for update time and membershipe payment info not the change log which is still 1 hour out. it  is somthiing to do with my sql time i am unable to change i have even tred code in htaccese file to update this but with no luck. i have looked at civicrm files  and tryed to set it there becase have done this priverly with drupal set up but can't remember how i did it. has anyone got any ideas on how i can do this.

My  Cms id Drupal 7 Lastest version

My civicrm is 4.5.3

PHP and MySQL have their own settings for timezones.

You need to change the MySQL timezone for the MySQL server (NB: not for the session and not for a specific command) so that it is the same as the one that PHP is set to.
