I want to show the group in the report are taken from the table civicrm_group
how can i to do that

Please explain more fully what you are trying to do. 
Have you looked at the report templates under the Reports menu?

@henro I have already mentioned this before: all your posts suggest to me you need to either follow a training or have a session with a CiviCRM expert in your region. Every post I see from you confirms my suggestion. Please do so, you will not get the guidance you will need from forum posts?
