I tried to add a Password field in a form but get the error:
Notice: Undefined index: private in webform_component_edit_form() (line 478 of C:\Inetpub\vhosts\fishingecards.com\httpdocs\sites\all\modules\webform\includes\webform.components.inc).

I saw that this was "fixed" in another post but it is not working in my form. Anyone know how to fix this?

Is this a CiviCRM specific error? If so, can you give a bit more detail on the CiviCRM side of things? If not, you might get lucky here, or it might be easier to get an answer on the Drupal/webform side.
