Hi, maybe my question is not clear, but we have already some installations, but we aim to have a single one, then every installation so far has different  contact types, then on the events side we have different kind of participants in every installation, and fields that are linked to any participant, while they should belong just to a single event.
Is there any type of roadmap, graphic map of how to set up a healthy core of contacts and best practice on how to segment/classify those contacts? ???

i am having trouble understanding your question especially your reference to 'installations'. Have you set up multiple CiviCRMs? If so why? Can you explain what you want the outcome to be in terms of your Contacts.
