KCFinder problem after upgrade from 4.4.6 to 4.5.3

After sucessful upgrade I can not use the file6picture uploader in civimail.
This problems happens only on my live system, the my test system works correctly.

KCFinder error log:

I am having the same problem when I try to browse for an image file on my server.

I'm also having the same problem on a new install of CiviCRM 4.5.5 on WordPress.
