I am using CiviCRM 4.5.4 with D7. I have checked the refund option for event registration. I have following question regarding refund option.

Is there any option for partial refund? For example, A user will get refund $400 as s/he change event registration information. But we don't want to refund full amount, we want to charge the customer a fee amount. I saw there is a option fee amount and net amount into record payment page but didn't find how this is working in Civi.
Is there any report that will show the refund amount with the paid amount?
