cannot change text new parent to patient care, bottom of breadcrumb ( solved )

ask again :D

I have change the new parent into patient care, changing only the text below the menu (contact -> new individual -> new parent) but below the breadcrumb still new parent
i also tryed this in demo site drupal

how can i solve this ?

this one i solved directly from database civicrm -> contact_type -> change label_en_Us value
