Case Email display in contact record

Some of my users say that they would like emails sent from Cases to be available in the contact record activity tab which Civi does not currently support. They also say that activities filed on a case are a duplicate & can show up twice in reports. Where is the best place to post this kind of feedback and maybe learn about how to fix/change the behaviour?
