CiviMail Recipient Rating?

Hi,

Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere - searches haven't yielded me an answer. Is there a way for CiviMail to rate a recipient, similarly to MailChimp (1-5 stars) or other bulk email providers, based on that recipient's individual open rate, click rate, etc? We would like to segment lists based on that.

but would be good to get that functionality into civimail. Could you get your developer/consultant to develop this as an extension for your org?
