Contribution Page No Longer Sending Emails

So the very first contribution page we setup is no longer sending ANY emails. We have a total of 5 setup for various things, and all but page 1 is sending them. We duplicated the page and go the same results; however when we re-create the page with the exact same settings manually, it seems to work fine.

When I say re-create manually I mean I pull up Page ID 1 on my right monitor and Page ID 5 on the left monitor and walk through each setting page exactly. So nothing has been missed for sure.

Any ideas?
