Policies for use/internal user guides
December 08, 2014, 03:30:24 am
Hi,

I am currently trying to support the roll out of CivCRM in a charity and one of the things they have requested and need, is a kind of 'terms of use' internal document that outlines best practice for the organisation, who can do what within the system, and some sort of policy guidelines on how Civi should be used.

Has anyone ever created anything like this before? Any examples or suggestions for how to go about this would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Sophie

Hi Sophie

That kind of sounds like a guide that would be quite specific to the organisation to be honest, since so many NFPs orgs would have different scenarios to handle.

But hopefully someone will pop up with something they drew up that could give you a lead.
