Error when submitting contribution On Behalf Of Organization

I get an error message when trying to submit a contribution with a form that allows "on behalf of organization". I am using a reserved profile for the profile in 4.5.1 on D7. The profile has required fields (all are filled in) and the field types are only Contact and Organization: here is what I get:

Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:
Organization Name is a required field.
Phone (Main) is a required field.
Street Address is a required field.
City is a required field.
Postal Code is a required field.
Country is a required field.
State / Province is a required field.

I think I've tried everything at this point. Any ideas?

Have you tried upgrading to the latest version of CiviCRM?

Well it would certainly get you closer to having tried "everything" and it's generally a good practice to use the latest version of software before filing bug reports. There have been hundreds of fixes released since 4.5.1 so chances are good that this is one of them.

Thank you! Sorry, I really didn't mean "everything", just frustrated I guess. And I didn't realize I was filing a "bug report", just asking for a little help... :) I really do appreciate your help. I'll be more careful!

No worries, you're right this is just a discussion forum not the real bug tracker, so feel free to post whatever you want. But upgrading is generally a good idea :)

Unfortunately, updating to 4.5.4 didn't help. Same error alerts. However, I checked another installation and discovered that my "reserved profiles" are not like the defaults. For instance, I am able to edit "visibility" for fields, just like "user-defined" profiles. These settings are not editable in the default installation (default, pristine, untouched reserved profiles). Also, the default "Used For" setting is "OnBehalf" , but in the installation I am working on, it says "Standalone Form or Directory, OnBehalf".

Is there a way to re-set the reserved profiles to their default settings? What directory are these in?

Don't mean to be so pesky, just hoping for thoughts on the matter. Thanks!
