  • MySQL version: MySQLi 5.5.40-36.1-log
  • PHP version: PHP 5.4.34
Getting Error When Saving New Case

Hello,

I am getting error when trying to save a new case.

I am using CiviCRM in Joomla 3.3.6

It will not let me save any data on cases and when error occurs it exits Civi and return me back to the Joomla start page.

Any ideas on how I could fix this?

I'm not sure about Civi 4.5 but in previous versions this error is likely a mismatch between your case type VA Disability Evaluation and your xml file name and what's stored in the database in the name field in civicrm_option_value. Since the error says can't find a file I'd say it's probably this. See http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC44/CiviCase+Configuration in step 2 where it talks about filename and also a little lower down about <name>.

Note the doclink the error provides http://book.civicrm.org/user/case-management/setup seems to be down so not sure if it's incorrect or it's just down right now.
