New Cases prepopulated with scheduled activites
December 11, 2014, 03:50:57 pm
When I add a new case, I get a list of scheduled activities that show up by default. Is there anyway to have the list of activities blank, so that the case worker can schedule the appropriate activities himself?

It's fully configurable, just edit the "standard timeline" for that case type.

I found where to edit the case type, and tried to make changes but got an error message:

We'd need a lot more info than that to debug. At minimum have you:
- upgraded to the latest version?
- cleared your caches?
