Can I convert Groups to Smart Groups?

I set up all my contacts into County Groups but realize they probably should be Smart Groups based on the county field. Do I have to do this on the backend in the "saved search" table or is there an easier way?

You could just delete the existing group and then create a new smart group with the same name based on your search criteria.
